It reads "English grammar".

Two things here:

the word English would be quite OK if you made the L sound like L. Instead the person said "Engrish". A slip of the tongue?

"grammar" this time the "r" at the end is way overaccentuated. The "R" sound should be there but in a very subtle way.

My dictionaries label no "r" in the phonetic symbol of the word grammar:
