Default Order

This sound file aims at "I want you know what I say", not "Have I spoken AmE well?" Because the first need for the speaker is to communicate or get information, it needs time to improve his pronunciation.

Has the file sounded clearly?

Neither can I; it sounds like 'fussviss'. I was wondering whether 'office' was in there.
