I could get the last word and the first is, I think, the name for the proposed security system from China that has been in the news as Intel and others refuse to adopt it. Am I right? I can guess the middle, but I wouldn't bank on it.

Re: Voice over Internet Protocol. OK- there has been talk of the competing protocols- I got the wrong one- is it the American protocol? Beteen the name and the last word, it is very indistinct.
