PC British pronunciation
Hello
I heard a british pronouncing PC as piisay or peesay I don't know how to write phonetics but C in PC was pronounced say instead of peesee.
Is this correct?

Definitely not! In UK English, "P" is always "pee" and "C" is always "see", so PC is always "pee-see".

Sounds like a Londoner from the East End doing a bad job feigning RP.

With some accents like the Midlands, it could be somewhere between the two sounds, though it would be the same for both.
