When you say "sixth", how do you make the /s/ sound in letter X and the following "th" sound?
Saying "siks-th" is extremely difficult to me. Do you pronounce both the second "s" and the following "th" clearly? Or do you combine "s" and "th" to make another sound?

"siks-th" is correct. Although the sounds do run together in fast speech, they are distinctly separate.
If it's any consolation, we native English speakers "trip over" this word, too!
You simply have to practise saying it slowly, then more quickly.

It's correct, but many people will say sikth in connected speech as it requires less movement to say.
