Default help me with " Thank you"

I heard that there are two intonations for the phrase " Thank you". What are they? and is there any difference between the two intonations?
    Thanks for help

There are an infinite number of intonations for this phrase. Only a great deal of context can help us decide which is intended/understood.

Typically, the stress would be on the word 'thank.'
