Spelling a name depending on the sound.

Hello, I need some help in phonetic and spelling.

I'm having a baby girl. I like the name "Ithany", but to make it sound like "Italy" with "th" and "N". People says that I most spell it with an "E".
Should I spell it with initial "E" or "I"
Single or double "N"
Is any of the following exaples a proper spelling of the name taking into account the pronunciation
(Ethanny, Ethany, Ithanny or Ithany)

You haven't made it clear what pronunciation you want.

I'd stick with Ithany, if you insist on giving the child a name she's going to have to spell out every time she uses it for the rest of her life.

Starting it with E would make it rhyme with 'Bethany'.

I read your spelling, "Ithany", the way you said, like "Italy", or like "Bethany" with an "I" as in "it" instead of a "Be" as in "bet". (American English, of course) "ITH [hard "th"]-(schwa)-knee"
