I am interested to learn (if there is any difference) –looking at phonetic between:
native English speakers VS non-native speaker of the following counteries:
American English speaker and non-native speaker
Australian English speaker and non-native speaker
British English speaker and non-native speaker
New Zealand English speaker and non-native speaker

Non-native speakers could speak any of hundreds of different languages and be at very different stages with English pronunciation, so I would say it is too broad a question to answer. Some non-native speakers are indistinguishable, but most do show differences.

Yes, I believe so, like myself who am learning english and its not my mother's tongue.
maybe i should narrow my questions slightly?!
QEUESTION REPHRASE:
main phonetic different (say) general asutralian (since I am in australia) speakers and the non-native speakers (say) people who speak arabic english?
