    Default What accents are they speaking?

    Dear teachers

    What accents are these two guys speaking with? Are they are native level? Is it possible for a Hong Kong Chinese (Cantonese as mother tongue) to speak up to their levels? Both of them speak perfect Cantonese.

    Their English is very good indeed, but I would not take them for native speakers.
