in ipa chart i d'ont find the sound u in to

but in cambride diconnary i've find that that to is "/tu/ ,"in weaker form
Can you explain me that

I was halfway through correcting your mistakes, when I realised that you have made exactly the same mistakes that you made in another thread. I corrected them there, and asked you to take more care.
