To my ears, you need to make your consonants harder and clearer. "He paid me /bag/" You really need to say /back/. That's just one example.

It is perfectly understandable. But there is an obvious accent.

paid (the "d" was not heard)

Dear Susie, thanks for your reply. When you say there is an obvious accent, does it mean the accent is bad?

Everyone speaks with an accent. You have a noticeable Asian accent. Note that it's not bad. What matters is that people can understand you and I think that your pronunciation is comprehensible.

You need to fix the voice quality, which is independent of articulation. Play with various laryngeal settings and velum settings or attend a class by Jo Estill's folks.
