What should I pronounce the 1910's?
The 1940s is pronounced nineteen fourties. The 1930s is pronounced nineteen thirties.
Then, what should I pronounce or read the 1910's? Would somebody let me know?

Not only does it make sense, but that is indeed what the 1910s are called. The apostrophe is not necessary.
