"Olivia" and "Bolivia" rhyme with "trivia.

Many non-English speakers see it as only two syllables because it would be in their language: for example Spanish Marķa has to be written with an 'ķ' because without it the word would have two syllables. You're presumably trying to say /'trɪvja/ - wrong in two ways (number of syllables and final vowel).
