pronuncation!

I'm a college student.My major is English.
I find my pronuncation is poor,although I have tried to improve it for a long time.
Can you tell me some skills of pronuncation?

To be frank,once my pronunciations were also poor although I am in Singapore where most people talk in English.I always listen to BBC radio station and I will read English newspapers as loud to myself.So,now I have improved a lot.But I will get stuck here and there.
