If you know any websites, computer programs or anything that can help me with my pronunciation, that would be great!! I was born with impaired hearing and I cannot afford to go to speech therapist at a steep rate of 100$/hr. It is affecting my life!! So I really need to overcome this!!!

Wed/Red/Ved: I pronounce all these the same.
phone/fone: same here
Phone/fone- I'm not sure what you mean here- they would be the same, but 'fone' is just a colloquial spelling to me.
I'm not the best at describing how to make sounds, but I'll try and hope that some of those better at this come in and offer some help.
Wed- to make the initial sound, I start with lips pushed forwards, like whistling, then open the mouth as if starting to smile.
Ved- Mouth slightly open, top teeth pressing against the upper part of the lower lip and voice the sound (make the throat vibrate)
Red- lips together in the centre, slightly open on either side, the top teeth towards the bottom of the lower lip

We use phonics to teach children how to spell. Seeing that we group the words in word families, I'm wondering if this might help you with pronunciation?
E.G the goup night, flight, sight etc introduces kids to the -ight sound. By pronouncing the words correctly, kids improve their spelling dramatically.
Let me know it you are interested in obtaining such lists.

The website you've listed is the BEST you could get over the Internet, since I use exacly the same website myself while pointing my students in the right direction.
I'm rather comfortable with being able to show you the exact sound articulation of such words & the best I could help you is by being face-to-face with you, since here I wouldn't be able to anything much then simply typing & over the phone, I wouldn't be able to say much to your understanding.
Thanks to the technology available, the best I could possibly help you would be by being able to let you "see" the articulation i.e. the way to produce these sounds & the differences involved in "r", "v" & "w" & the way I could do so, is through the web camera, if going this way is at all possible for you.

Hi Jack
If you are in the UK you should be entitled to speech and language therapy free from the NHS - talk to your GP. I'm a speech therapist and have used a computer package called "speech sounds on cue". It's produced by a company called "Propeller". It costs about £100 but I think they also do free trials. I've found it very useful as it has video clips of people pronouncing different speech sounds.
