mark the pronunciation by English letter

Does anyone know the whole system to mark the prounciation by using the English letter? Like to mark the pronunciation of the word "six", it could be "siks", and for the word "nine", it could be "nine", or for the word "zero", could be "zeer-ro".

There isn't really a single system. When using the letter to represent sounds, many people use different systems, often influenced by their own language if they use the same or a similar alphabet.

The use if IPA (International Phonetic Alphabets) in Sampa includes the use of standard "English alphabets" as a pronounciation guide. This system uses BOTH "small" and "capital" English alphabets at times, so "t" and "T" (as in "tin" & "thin") would be 2 different sounds & so would be "s" and "S" (as in "sin" & "shin") & again "z" and "Z" (as in "zinc" and "zebra") and "I" and "i" (as in "it" & "eat").

Now, since there are MORE sounds in English than the English alphabets itself, Sampa ALSO uses certain characters such as "{" (as in vowel sound in "hat").
