Default G and Z Sound so alike...

Can anyone show me how to pronounce the letters accurately?

When someone spells his/her name to me, I mistake g for z and vice versa all the time.

Default Re: G and Z Sound so alike...

The letter G is pronounced "jee." The letter Z is pronounced "zee" in the US (think of the sound a bee makes: buzzzzz. Take that zzz sound and add eee to it.)

I hope that made some sense.
