Malayciya (OR) Malaysia?

In the BBC news, I always hear the news readers pronouncing 'Malaysia' as 'Malayciya'.I thought it should be pronounced as 'Malayshia'.

Do we need to pronounce all the words ending in 'sia' as 'shia'?

Ohhh...really?But isn't the proper way of pronouncing it is 'Malayshia'?
