I don't know of an online resource, but try this:
Amazon.co.uk: BBC Pronouncing Dictionary of British Names (Oxford Reference): Books: Graham Pointon
Although I think it's out of print, it's not very old, so it should be possible to get hold of a copy.

Well, here is a good one for you all:

Dougray Scott

Born in Scotland, he is a British actor. Currently, he is starring in the ABC Sunday night hit comedy "Desperate Housewives" as the new boyfriend of Terry Hachter's character Susan. According to one website, his real first name is Stephen and Dougray turns out to be his middle name, taken from his French grandmother's surname.

I am wondering how this name is actually pronounced, in the French or the English way. Any ideas?

Cheers.
