We both are Poles so we both know it's not really good pronunciation. Especially the first name, this "lek". It's just a kind of approximation of how it should be pronounced.

The best pronunciation (the closest to the original) gave Engee30!
But still there remains a problem of 'ę' (Lech Wałęsa) - letter 'e' with a little diacritic mark at the bottom. I have no idea how to write it phonetically for non-Polish members..
