I have never seen the name "Mikelle". If I were to guess at its pronunciation, I would say MY kell. Michael is my name, snd it is pronounced MY kul. u = schwa

I have heard of one actress named Michael. In most cases, the female version is Michelle mih SHELL

Once upon a time, I would've said there is no such name as "Mikelle." But with the trendy baby names folks are bestowing upon their little preciouses these days, I'm not so sure.
