Although /awc/ is recognized as one of the 5 triphthongs in NAE, in justifiability //®vs.tw.faw.c0bw.lw.ti+/, it’s not considered as such even in the Webster’s or the Gage Canadian dictionary and definitely not in the EPD or the LPD. It's in fact syllabified as a separate syllable in these dictionaries.

Re: How to transcribe this word?
Bobk, yes, on your choice of first consonant (Thanks for the help - I need to get IPA that I can see
); yes, on wedge as the first vowel and, no, on the triphthong, at least to my Canadian ears. Again, we differ in dialect.
To me, the word <justifiability> has seven syllables,
1. ju
2. sti
3. f[ai] (diphthong)
4. V (V = lax vowel i in sit or schwa)
5. bil
6. i
7. ty
Moreover, I can separate syllables 3 and 4 by [1] adding a glide, and [2] by using the expletive insertion rule (insertion occurs at a syllable boundary, usually just before the primary stressed syllable, but it doesn't have to).
[1] Glide: ju-sti-f[ai]-yi-bil-ity
[2] Expletive: ju-sti-[fai]-bloomin-i-bil-i-ty
Lastly, this source separates syllables 3 and 4.
All the best.

Agh.
Don't give up that easily!
I would like to learn more about the triphthong you mentioned. I believe you might just have a good case there, but I need to know more about it before I can say whether or not I agree completely. (Ignore the dictionary link. That's just one (of many) that has copied from other dictionaries.)

I know how frustrating it can be, but sometimes I just don't put up a fight - especially when I think I'm just plain mistaken.
But I'll try to say something about the 'triphthong'.
It exists in the non-rhotic version of 'fire'. In the case of "justifiability", however, the BE pronunciation is just the concatenation of "justify" and "ability", and 3 + 4 = 7 (syllables).

You know, that was my last argument, the one I chose not to add in because it didn't provide for the triphthong.
Fire, eh? Interesting.
Could the triphthong be a matter of the <r> environment?

I think that's it.

Re: How to transcribe this word?
Good practice ı see here
ı want to learn how you can write the phonetic symbols of the wovels or consonants (diphtongs,triphtongs,etc...) as @dtommy could do by writing
the symbol /'ɪrɪteɪtɪŋli:/ (iritatingly)
Do we need to get a special kind of mechanism on our keyboard ??
