Hello How should "5 February 2003" be pronounced?

I'd still say 'fifth of'

Are the following correct evern though it is written as this word order "5 February 2003?"

The fifth of February two thousand three
Fifh of February two thousand three
February fifth two thousand three
February five two thand three

On the question of pronouncing dates, we always use ordinal numbers(first second third etc.)
This is to Tpol?

It doesn't really matter which way you say them, so I would say yes, but I also say 'two thousand and three'. You can also say 'twenty-oh-three'.
