Default Surnames and Area names pronunciation

Anybody know where I can get a list or dictionary for the pronunciations of Surnames and places in the UK?
I started a job on the phone here in UK, and came across a lot of names and places I have never heard of before. Even my Oxford Advanced Learner's English-Chinese Dictionary doesn't have most of the names that are in the map of GB or the Surnames they use.
Thanks.

I haven't heard of a book. If you can post some of the names I can tell you. It can be very confusing even for native English speakers. e.g

Worcester the place is pronounced "Wooster"
Chiswick the place is pronounced "Chizik"
