Hi, is t in better and water pronounced as d?

In some AmE dialects it is (similar, but not quite the same). In a few BE dialects (especially ones influenced by AmE - the so-called 'Mid-Atlantic accent') it is too.

It is called a FLAP (or TAP) in NAmE.
