Default teach english pronounciation to swede?

hi, I am not a qualified teacher but have been asked to help improve a swedish girl's pronounciation; she has difficulty with 'CH' which she always says as 'SH' and the letter J always comes out as a Y!
Anyone know of a swedish phrase which uses the 'hard' versions so I can tell her to use those sounds?
thanks
newbie
