| You need to listen as much as you can and to analyse the way native speakers say things. You also need to focus on sounds that you have trouble with and work on those; try doing it in front of a mirror and record youself if possible. Also, remember that the spoken word and the written word can be very different. |

| If you keep forgetting the exact word, then develop a strategy for dealing with that- work out how to explain things without using a particular word. |

| millions of thanks about this topic,this is the biggest trouble for non-native speakers english,but i think it depends on practising and listening more and more .everyday.everytime you find yourself empty (free) thats all |

| To speak English properly you need to use correct intonation. English is not a tonal language but intonation and rhythm are critical to conveying meaning.
