My final sounds are very poor

Could you tell me the ways to pronound correctly the final sounds (in present and past tense) and how to remember it fast? I will be waiting for your help ok !!!!!!!

you basically need a lot of practice to pronounce correctly..try pronouncing those words over & over again..see if that helps..it usually needs lots of effort on your side..
