Default Chardonnay & Merlot

I cannot get my tongue round some of the wine pronunciation. Can anyone help me to pronounce Chardonnay and Merlot? It is embarrassing to have to only point at the menu when ordering from the wine list. Thanks.

Chardonnay [Shardone] -pronounce "sh" like in "shut"- with an accent on the last syllable [ne]

Merlot [Merlo] - with an accent on the second syllable [lo]
