Default correct pronunciation of "hour"

Hi guys, I'm a newbie here. I just want to know if "hour" can also be pronounced as "ar". If yes, which is more correct, "a-wer" or "ar". Thanks!

"hour" sounds exactly like "our", but in dialectical forms you may find "ar", and in Scotland "oor".

So I guess that using both pronunciation is correct based on this thread - http://www.usingenglish.com/forum/pr...ounce-our.html

Thanks!
