Why didn't I catch the some pronunciations???

Why didn't I catch the some pronunciations in the listening medias??? so that make me didn't get the whole article meaning. How strange pronunciation are! I couldn't understand why to be so ,even I compared to transcription. give me a little help and thanks a lot.
ps:
1. I had known those words which I couldn't get before listening. 2. I have learnt the international phonetic alphabets from the beginning of studying English. therefor,I think,my pronunciations aren't so seriously wrong that I couldn't get. 3. the pronunciations of whole-articles-reading are so difficult and strange to get, that I couldn't understand to be so, although by having sawn the transcripts.
For examples,seemly, sometime,omitted the syllable(s) in a word, a letter spoke to other letter sounds etc. 4. or ,the accents of the reading teacher of listening medias wasn't pretty standard to result in, or there are so much technique about pronunciation I didn't know, so that I couldn't get them. any way give me some your treasure cues about that to me with my great thanks.

It is not clear what you are referring to.

Pronunciation of words will often be affected by a person's dialectical origins.

Can you give more information about what "listning medias" you have been using?

1) the pronunciations read by foreign teacher in whole-articles-reading way ,are so difficult and strange to catch them that I couldn't understand what the reader spoke, although by having sawn the transcripts.

From what you say, it seems that the reader may have a speaking technique that you find too quick, so you are not always hearing the full word. Also, English speakers often elide sounds in words, which is a problem for a non-native English listener.

You may find that it will help if you listen to the same piece of reading again and again - you need to "get your ear in" [train your hearing for the sounds that are new to you]. Sometimes it is better not to read the text at the same time, but to play the bit that is difficult several times until it makes sense.

why can't use the "spoke" on there? what's different with "said".

"the bit" = "the section of the recording"

"spoken" would have been another way to say seemingly, a letter was said/spoken with other letter sounds etc.; but it is not an alternative for what the reader said.

To say = to pronounce words or sounds

to speak = to use the voice

I really think that might have many native pronunciation skills rather than just one by one word to read it. if you can give me some rules or examples ,I think it's really usefull to improve my listening .

at many many times , I coudn't get the speakers' meaning just with different pronunciation way. so, the English listening is always my bottleneck of improving my English.

remember,one time, in "if there is any cinnamon, it's in the cabinet with the salt and pepper" there are very simple 4 words---"if there is any" but i can't get its sounds with repeating many times. I'm really in embarrassing situation!

I myself sometime have the same problem with you. Sometime trying listen a tape again and again might help to solve your problem. But in some cases it doesn't help at all: no matter how many times you hear your tapes you can't not figure out some words It makes me think that maybe my ears are not sensitive enough to hear/or to distinguish some words. I still live with this problem without knowing the solution.
