Default Welcome people who likes speaking English...

Hi everyone,

How glad to see you on this site. I think it is really helpful for us to learn and practice four skills of English here. Now I am about to go study abroad in academic environment that is why I would like to speak and use English in fluency. I appreciate welcomming all of you who expect to learn with me to improve our English day by day.

I hope you don't mind me correcting your English but . . .

You should really say "Welcome to people who like speaking English"

"people" is plural, so it takes the verb like (likes is only for the third person singular).

We say "he likes", but "they like". The word "people" is a plural and this means that the verb "to like" takes the same form as if you had used the word "they".

Also you say:

I like, We like
You like, You (plural) like
He likes, They like
