Hi
we can pronunce (R) in how many ways(I mean in AM and BE accent) ?

There's only one common way - /ɹ/
However, in BrE [r] is not pronounced in card or car, whereas it is in many AmE accents.
BrE "car" = /ka:/
AmE "car" = /ka
ɹ/
But you'd need to listen to sound files to hear how
/ɹ/is pronounced.
