Smile How Do I Say (Room) 312?

most vivid dreams of all belong to the patient in Room 312
Hi! How do I say '312'? I would say 'three, one, two', but I heard an American said 'Room three, twelve' in an American soap opera. Am I wrong or both correct?

And how do I say Room 1312 and Room 12345?

1) Room1312:

A) Room thirteen, twelve?

B) Room one, three, one, two?

2) Room 12345:?

Thank you!

I would say three hundred and twelve and one three one two, room 12345 is unlikely and I have no idea.

Room three one two OR Room three twelve

In hotels the first digit or two digits indicate the floor on which the room can be found.

So Room 1212 is floor twelve, room twelve = Room twelve twelve
