How to pronounce MIC

The last thing I wanna do is to be, you know, sick because of a frozen MIC meal.

Mic is for "Microwave", How do you pronounce it?

I am sorry I don't have the KK phonetic alphabet input , /Mek/ /Maik/ /MIK/

Probably not that at all, but "nuked".

If I did have to use it, then "mike".
