Default Some questions about plosives

Well, I'm doing my homework now and I need help with answering the following questions:
1. What happens when two (or more) plosives occur next to each other?
2. What is the difference between devoiced /b, d, g/ and /p, t, k/?
3. What does the exact place of articulation of velar plosives depends on? When are they most advanced and when most retracted?
It's almost 10 PM here and I need to get it done for tomorrow so please reply ASAP Thanks in advance :)
