The last part is pronounced IZD

'I' as in eye+ZD

Go to this site:
organized definition - Dictionary - MSN Encarta

Type in the word where it says "Find", then, next to this on the right, press on 'dictionary'. The word will appear in an elliptical box a little lower down. Press on the green at the left of the box, and hear the word pronounced.
