b | Ah, I understand now - it's his chart (as you said), not his system (as I thought he was claiming).
His chart is better than the British Council one I've recommended in other threads, as it includes example words. It's a shame that it's hand-drawn though. It has a random scattering of capitals (PKVSZ), and some of the lower-case letters look distinctly uncomfortable!
