We have been paid 45days annual leaves since their appointment but other a few employees they have not been taken any incentive except salary I recommend here this discrimation would be solved becuase they are our employees and are entitlement what they other have. Any discremation in the organisation would be dangerous of the managment .

Dear meela, you are welcome to ask your question in the thread you opened. That way anyone can answer it. And there are many people here with all sorts of knowledge. I don't have definitive answers and I am not paying 100% to this browser window so sending private messages is not the best strategy.

We have been paid 45days salary as incentive to our staff annually.
What incentives are you referring to?
But some staff is not getting this incentive since a long.
How is the situation discrimination?
we divided the staff into two group

But I have sent my recommendation to my senior that the same incentive should allow for all employees.

Who is their?

Some employees have been paid for a 45-day annual leave but some employees have not received this incentive. I recommend that this be remedied by providing the same incentive to every employee in the company.

Something like that... The whole discrimination thing sounds like a provocation, especially your last sentence which, to me, reads almost like a threat. I wouldn't put that in. Others could have a different perspective.
