I am looking for good books on English Pronunciation Teaching.
Books which list the strategies/class room activities/games/drills to improve pronunciation of non native speakers.

The book also specifies region specific errors and how they can be removed (removal of mother tongue influence or regional language influence).

How to improve upon some certain speech defects.

Please list books which can be downloaded.
