| What are the various techniques to know how many syllables a word has? Which one is the easiest to explain to students? (can anyone suggest an activity for it) And how do you break a word into syllable, how do you ascertain which consonant sound should a part of which syllable? How do you explain the concept of syllabic consonants? Do consonant sounds play any part in syllable stress? Thanks |
