Which warmers work best?

I have just started working at a language school in Indonesia and I was hoping for some ideas as to which warmers work best in your own experiences?
I understand the importance of a good warmer to motive the class and set the tone for the rest of the lesson, so this is why I would appreciate any suggestions on this topic.
