Testing "speaking"/Part Two

Hi all,

Here I am again re "testing speaking"...can you check out this site which talks about tesing "speaking" on the TOEFL...I'd like to know what you think of this...the student speaks into a microphone...any and all feedback is welcome....thanks in advance...C.
