You could have 'pure beauty', but thatwould have a different meaning. How about 'intellect'?

Maybe "pure/sheer beauty" mean the same.

Sheer: adjective: not mixed with extraneous elements (Example: "Sheer wine")

Pure: adjective: free of extraneous elements of any kind (Example: "Pure air and water")

Now I've got myself going. Oh noooo! we can't have "sheer water", but can we have "pure wine"?

My head hurts, Tdol.

I'd go for "sheer/pure intellect" though.

'Pure beauty' could have other connotations, couldn't it?

Was it the sheer volume of pure wine that caused my headache?
