Lightbulb Morpheme

Hi, teachers.
I'm and student of my native lenguahe Papiamento. I'm and teacher too. I must write and short essay about the name off the habitant in my island.

But first I begin I'm looking for the rules that another lenguahe used to make name for his habitant.

I have some town who's name are in english.

They are :
ACTUAL,
NEW ORLEANS,
SALINJA HARBOUR VIEUW,

My questions is iff you must give the habitant of this town and name what's the name you probably give them?
Why did you use that morpheme?
And what are the rules off the morpheme in inglish.

I'd use New Orleanian, Actualian and Salinja Harbour Viewian.

PS- If you chack Viewian and Orleanian in Google, you'll see that they are used in other names. For Actual, I followed the same patter. Would you pronounce it 'akchew-arl' as in Spanish? If so, then I would definitely use -ian.

I already made a suggestion about the rules here:
