Default good website for pronunciation help

I like teaching pronunciation and phonetics and I stumbled upon a new (to me) site: forvo.com. It takes the "crowdsourcing" approach to pronunciation and lets anybody upload their pronunciation of a word. I think this is a great idea, particularly for English, with its myriad flavors. I haven't played around that much with the site and I haven't fully discovered its limits and capabilities but my initial impressions have been positive. Up until now I've used m-w.com and translate.google.com for online pronunciation help, as I encourage my students to consult freely-available sources for pronunciation doubts.
