I suppose the first thing is not to make the mistakes you made here. An autobiography is your story (your history) written by you. I would suggest starting with a brief introduction and then moving onto your education. Next, I would add something about the various teaching, or training, positions that you have held in the past. Finally, I would mention some people that your prospective employer could contact for recommendations.
