Default Absolute beginers

I sat with my first group of students yesterday and carried out an oral assesment, 2 of the 20 can speak some English, the rest cannot speak any. I have a translator, but all the material I prepared - for our first lesson proper tomorrow - is now pretty much null and void, at least for a few weeks.

Can you guys reccommend anything for non Englsh speakers?

Thanks
