Default Unwilling little bosses

I work in a hotel in China. I have a big boss, there a level of managers between him and I. My big boss wants me to hold advanced English classes with those bosses above me and below him.

Those bosses don't really have the time to learn English and would come only if forced to.

I've got some 'English Club' ideas to try on them but dammit, they don't want to be there.

If anybody has any tips on how to keep an unwilling advanced English class happy, I'd be all ears!

Get yourself a busty, blonde ALT. At least it works in Japan, I'm sure Chinese executives would go for it as well.

Aim to entertain before all else. Try to get them smiling and, if they really don't want to learn, lay off the heavy stuff.
