I've answered, but had a problem because you specify Microsoft Powerpoint and other Microsoft products. I don't use them because I use OpenOffice, so it's not clear whether I should answer yes or no to those questions- do you mean any presentation program or Powerpoint specifically? Unfortunately, the 'Other, please specify' option doesn't allow me to enter any information there.

Nowadays nobody uses Microsoft Office anymore, nor any of Microsoft products.

Also you have to define what you mean by "very similar" because there are lots of free /open source software (The Free Software Definition - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) which work much better than any Microsoft stuff.
